How it all started
Our directors bring extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a combined background spanning several years. During this time, they observed a persistent challenge faced by employers: sourcing reliable, skilled workers. Recognising this industry-wide issue, they decided to create a solution by establishing Astrana Recruitment (AR)—a recruitment and labor hire agency dedicated to supplying qualified, dependable, and well-trained workers across Australia, starting initially with North Metro Melbourne.
